1. Enquiries and unconfirmed places
Sending an application brief is free and does not create a paid booking. You can withdraw an enquiry at any time before accepting an enrolment offer. No cancellation charge applies where no payment or binding purchase has been made.
A confirmed place begins when you accept the stated offer and complete the required payment or employer authorisation. The offer will identify the cohort start date, price, included materials and any location-specific cancellation rights.
2. Learner cancellation window
Unless your enrolment offer provides more favourable terms, a written cancellation received at least 14 calendar days before the cohort starts is eligible for a refund of the course fee paid, less any separately agreed non-refundable work already completed at your request.
A cancellation received 7–13 calendar days before the start is eligible for a 50% refund or, if available, a transfer credit for a later cohort. A cancellation received fewer than 7 days before the start is normally not refundable because the instructor, review capacity and sandbox place have been reserved.
The date is measured from receipt. Send the request from the email used for enrolment and keep the delivery confirmation.
3. Moving to another cohort
You may request one transfer to a later published cohort without an administration charge when the request arrives at least 7 calendar days before the original start date. Transfers depend on available capacity and must normally be used within 12 months.
Later or additional transfer requests may be treated as cancellations or may require an administration charge explained before the move is confirmed. A transfer is not complete until you receive written confirmation of the new cohort.
4. Materials and work already delivered
Where you ask us to begin individual preparation before a cancellation period ends, the reasonable value of work already delivered may be deducted from an otherwise available refund where the law allows. This can include a completed readiness review, individual instructor meeting or custom sandbox configuration.
Downloading general reading material does not automatically remove every cancellation right. The enrolment offer will identify any digital content supplied for immediate permanent access and the consent required before that access begins.
5. Cancellation or material change by Wumiselaro
If Wumiselaro cancels a cohort before it starts, you may choose a full refund of the affected course fee or a transfer to an available cohort. If a material change to dates, delivery mode or course scope prevents reasonable participation, we will discuss an alternative, credit or refund appropriate to the undelivered portion.
We are not responsible for incidental travel, equipment or employer costs unless applicable law requires otherwise, so do not make non-refundable arrangements until your cohort is confirmed.
6. How to send a request
Email [email protected] with your full name, enrolment email, course or cohort, preferred remedy and a short explanation. Do not send payment-card details. A message through the application desk can be used to ask a general question, but the dated email is the formal cancellation record.
We may ask for information needed to locate the payment or verify authority where an employer made the booking.
7. Review and payment processing
We aim to acknowledge a complete request within three business days. Once approved, a refund is sent to the original payment method unless the provider or applicable law requires another method. Bank and card-provider processing times are outside our direct control.
We will explain any deduction and identify the relevant policy term or completed work. Currency conversion differences and independent provider charges may not be recoverable from Wumiselaro.
8. Exceptional circumstances and statutory rights
If illness, bereavement, deployment or another serious event prevents attendance, contact us as soon as practical. We may offer a transfer, credit or proportionate refund after considering the timing, evidence available and work already delivered.
This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Where local law provides a cooling-off period, refund right or remedy that is more favourable, that rule applies. Dissatisfaction with later employment or promotion outcomes is not a refund basis because the programme does not guarantee those results.
